Kim is really empathetic and professional. It helped me feel comfortable explaining to her my situation which can sometimes be embarrassing. I really like that she is quick to respond to me when I have any questions and is always following up with me. I was very anxious at the beginning of my case, but Kim is very patient which helped me understand what was going on with my case and helped me to achieve the outcome I wanted.
