I cannot express in sufficient terms how thoroughly impressed we were with Christine (Chris) Thomas of KL Family Law. We initially met with the firm’s senior attorney Kim, who was kind, attentive and extremely professional.
The case was led by Chris who served as the lead attorney in a case involving my brother with his divorce. In short, Chris was exceptional. Not only was she responsive, i.e., 100% prompt, she was extremely thorough, thoughtful, meticulous and diligent. There were times when we pondered different approaches, but her reasoning was so sound we trusted her (and based on the outcome, we were very glad we did).
What impressed us the most was her absolute competency in her job. She knew exactly what she was doing and handled the case with exceptional poise and professionalism. Knowledgeable, dedicated and a warrior are words I would use to describe Kim. I came to know her by referral after dismissing my first attorney. Her professionalism and a “get things done” attitude was night to day difference from my first experience. My case was not easy, but Kim was right there to hold my hand throughout the entire process. She knows the law, is confident and well respected within her field. She possesses the ability to work tirelessly, many times working through the night (I have emails to prove it).
